Don Lemon To Trump; Apologize To Obama If You Want An Apology from ESPN

American news anchor and journalist Don Lemon has insisted that president Donald Trump should apologies to former US president Barack Obama, if he wants an apology from ESPN's Jemele Hill. Hill accused the president calling him a "white supremacist who has largely surrounded himself with other white supremacists".

The president who was angered by the statement took to his personal twitter page damaging an apology. He wrote;
ESPN is paying a really big price for its politics (and bad programming). People are dumping it in RECORD numbers. Apologize for untruth!
Don Lemon said the president should man up and first say sorry to Barack Obama. According to him, Trump was very critical of Obama during his presidency, including calling BO a racist, and of course questioning whether or not he was born in America. Don Lemon believed Jemele Hill did exactly what Donal Trump did while he was still a private citizen.

Jemele Hill wrote;
The height of white privilege is being able to ✌🏾ignore✌🏾his white supremacy, because it's of no threat to you. Well, it's a threat to me.
Trump is the most ignorant, offensive president of my lifetime. His rise is a direct result of white supremacy. Period.
ESPN has since distance itself from the comment made by Jemele Hill stating that her comment was her's and that it those not reflected the view of the network.
